Terms, Privacy, and Risk Disclosure
This page explains the service scope, data use, cancellation policy, and trading risk for OFC Quant Workflow Toolkit. OFC provides software licensing, research workflow, backtesting, trading data analysis, risk-control workflow, and exchange API execution assistance. It does not provide discretionary trading, investment advice, asset custody, virtual asset exchange services, or trading result guarantees.
1. Terms of service
OFC provides software licenses, strategy research, trading data analysis, API setup assistance, risk-control workflows, execution records, and related technical support. Actual delivery depends on the selected plan and the confirmation record before payment.
Users are responsible for their own exchange accounts, funds, API permissions, and trading decisions. OFC does not ask for exchange passwords, seed phrases, withdrawal permission, or asset-transfer permission.
Monthly plans use a license.json authorization model. A new license file may be required after expiration. OFC may send renewal reminders, but renewal is user initiated and not automatic.
2. Privacy policy
The website may collect user-submitted email, optional phone number, chat messages, plan interest, notes, and support records. These data are used only for Alpha selection, payment notices, delivery, support, license management, and required service records.
The website does not store credit card numbers. Do not send exchange passwords, seed phrases, withdrawal permissions, or full payment card details through chat.
Users may request access, correction, or deletion of non-essential contact data through chat or email. Records required for legal, payment, or service reasons may be retained for the required period.
3. Cancellation policy
After paid service becomes available, customers may request cancellation before the next payment or license cycle. Services already delivered, including digital licenses, product files, setup support, account activation, or technical support, may not be refundable unless separately agreed.
Alpha testing and release-notice signup do not collect payment. Early supporter preorder requests can be cancelled before actual payment is completed.
4. Risk disclosure
Trading involves market risk, including price volatility, leverage risk, API errors, connection failures, exchange restrictions, strategy failure, insufficient liquidity, and user configuration mistakes. OFC cannot remove market risk and does not promise profit or loss prevention.
Model output, dashboards, records, and execution-assistance tools are analysis and workflow tools. They are not investment advice, financial advice, discretionary trading, or asset management.
API keys should enable only the minimum read and trade permissions required. Do not enable withdrawal or asset-transfer permission.
