BINANCE GUIDE

Binance API execution assistant setup

This guide is for Binance users who want a controlled workflow for signal review, risk checks, execution assistance, and records. It is not a promise of trading results and it should not be used with withdrawal permission.

Who Binance workflows are suitable for

Binance workflows are suitable for users who already understand the difference between spot, margin, futures, and other product permissions. If you only need market review, start with read-only data and records. If you need execution assistance, enable only the specific trading permission required by your selected product.

Safer API permission setup

Enable account security first

Binance requires account security steps such as 2FA before API creation. Complete identity and account requirements before testing.

Use least privilege

Start with reading enabled. Add spot, margin, futures, or other trading permissions only when that workflow is intentionally used.

Do not enable withdrawals

OFC does not need withdrawal permission. Binance's API permission endpoint exposes withdrawal status separately; keep it disabled.

Restrict IP when possible

Restrict API access to trusted IPs when your network setup allows it, especially before any order-enabled workflow.

Common Binance setup mistakes

Wrong product permission

A key created before enabling a product may not work for that product. Confirm the account and API permission state.

Live vs test confusion

Keep testnet and live keys separate. Do not reuse a live key for experimental development.

Over-broad access

Do not enable every product permission just in case. Enable only what the workflow needs.

No limit rules

Execution assistance without capital caps, position caps, cooldowns, and manual stop rules is not ready for live use.

What OFC can do

OFC can organize Binance-related signal review, show risk status, assist user-approved API order workflows, keep execution and error records, and help you compare whether a workflow should stay read-only or become order-enabled.

What OFC cannot do

OFC cannot guarantee profit, remove market risk, recover funds, make discretionary trading decisions, or manage your Binance account for you. It does not request withdrawal permission, asset custody, card data, seed phrases, or exchange passwords.

Before production use

Start read-only

Confirm balances, symbols, order history, and records before testing orders.

Test orders carefully

Use testnet or small exposure to confirm order placement, cancellation, and error handling.

Set workflow limits

Capital caps, max order size, max position size, leverage boundaries, cooldowns, and manual pause must be explicit.

Review API keys

Delete unused keys and never place API secrets in public repositories, screenshots, chat messages, or shared documents.
